Under the direction of the Assembly Manager, and with safety and quality workmanship as priorities, assemble audio, video, lighting, and security systems, as-sold, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Test and troubleshoot wiring and equipment. Follow all Ford AV safety rules. Maintain and wear protective clothing and equipment. Use appropriate hand and power tools. Maintain confidentiality of Ford AV documents, drawings, blueprints, forms, etc. Maintain confidentiality of Ford AV techniques and procedures. Previous experience with construction, electronics, and working with power tools is required; solid leadership, good communication skills, as well as high standards for personal integrity, work ethic, professional presentation, and quality work are also required. The successful candidate is driven by excellence. The ability to play a musical instrument and/or read music as well as a personal interest in electronics, music, sound, lighting, video, and/or security systems is preferred.
