Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Okc, Oklahoma

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Credentialing Specialist in OKC, Oklahoma, 73159, United States. This role is for a detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and maintaining data and documents related to commercial properties. The successful applicant will be expected to foster positive relationships with municipal contacts while proactively meeting client needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review commercial property data using online resources and databases.

• Follow processes advised by management to complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Manage and preserve documents related to commercial properties.

• Determine necessary requests, complete and submit requests according to municipal and departmental processes, and find appropriate municipal contacts.

• Monitor requests to ensure timely processing and maintain accurate, updated information in databases.

• Conduct thorough research of online resources to obtain documents and information.

• Coordinate and manage email workload effectively.

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, supervisors.

• Meet production targets and manage team workload as needed.

• Utilize skills in Computer Research, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, and Data Gathering to perform duties effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Research is required

• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is necessary

• Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential

• Experience in Data Gathering is a must

• Familiarity with credentialing processes and procedures is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is preferred

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to medical credentialing is advantageous

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is required.
