This part-time job includes providing specialized support for the Canvas Learning Management System while collaborating with other departments such as the Library and Testing Centers to provide support for digital learning and testing environments. It will also include the remediation of documents for Accessibility purposes in addition to other technical issues for Faculty,Students,and Staff via phone,email,ticketing systems,and walk-ins.**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time,the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
