Under direct supervision of a Bank Manager or Market Manager, responsible for assisting customers in a transitional role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction, while also learning and modeling sales behaviors to progress through banker roadmap and certification. Perform teller transactions, service customer needs, resolve issues and, when appropriate, proactively recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
