Position Purpose:

Hospice sales Executive is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the region/agency to achieve revenue growth for home based services. Has in depth knowledge of the local community and seeks out new business partnerships to generate opportunities for growth, both inside and outside of the Trinity Health system. Will be responsible for selling the capabilities of the agency in support of customers' population health and value based care initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Support Trinity Health at Home's mission, values, strategic goals and high standards of customer service.

  • Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.

  • Responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service for all infusion services.

  • Responsible for overall operation profitability. Monitors financial reports, recommends and implements necessary changes to meet and exceed budget expectations.

  • Create an expectation of excellence and manages performance of direct reports to maximize the value of associates'' contributions towards organizational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • Three years of supervisory experience required.

  • Three years of home infusion experience required with a solid understanding of operations and regulatory requirements required.

  • One year of sales management experience.

  • One year of experience working with related PC based software programs.
