Cramer Senior Project Manager in Norwood, Massachusetts

As a Cramer Health Senior Project Manager, you'll be an expert in delivery planning and passionate about creating impactful brand assets and campaigns specifically for healthcare clients. You’ll directly manage a variety of projects and with multiple healthcare-related client contacts and be responsible for the planning and delivery of each project. You will manage delivery of digital, print and video assets through a rigorous regulatory, medical and legal review process.

This is a full-time in office role that requires 5 days/week in our office in Norwood, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of medium to large projects and programs to achieve short and long-term business objectives

  • Development of complex project plans

  • Manage all activities of a project, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet Cramer Health standards

  • Act as project leader in the execution of various complex and highly visible projects as well as provide guidance to other project managers

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our healthcare clients' processes and business goals

  • Analyze current and new project management processes and procedures to identify the most efficient way to complete projects to meet the business and client objectives

  • Maintain project portfolio and facilitate review with leadership

  • Use of project management information systems (MS Project, SharePoint) to support ongoing project management efforts

  • Develop meeting and briefing materials, including agendas, meeting minutes, project briefs, and presentations

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting

  • A record of successfully planning projects as the sole project management lead

  • Experience in project managing digital and traditional assets

  • Hands-on experience planning and project managing a shared pool of cross functional resources

  • Budget development, management and financial delivery experience as budget owner of your projects

  • Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, teams and clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, as well as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

  • Experience working directly with clients

  • Strong quality control and approval routing experience; using best practices and tools to support

  • The ability to work well with team members at all levels of an organization, understanding needs, challenges and priorities, and keeping constituents motivated and informed
