A well-established company is seeking a MIG Welder with mild steel and stainless steel experience to support production in Northfield, MN.

Pay: $20 - $32/ HR

Shift:

• 1st shift: 6 am - 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

• 2nd: 3pm - 12 am (Mon - Thurs), Overtime on Fridays

Description:

• Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel, and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction and off road markets.

• Tack welding will also be a part of the duties along with assembling the exhausts.

• Majority of the work will be a mix of custom and production style MIG welding.

• Need to know how to read blueprints and weld symbols. Being able to do a variety of tasks throughout the shop is key to learning and growing within the company.

• May also be asked to assist with fabrication work such as running a brake press, shear, roller, etc.
