Robert Half Office Manager in North Little Rock, Arkansas

Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Office Manager to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be chiefly responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, paperwork, and purchasing, among others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to utilize their skills in Administrative Assistance and Back Office Support in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties such as filing, handling paperwork, and purchasing to ensure smooth office operations.

• Provide effective back-office support.

• Manage and maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.

• Manage office G& A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative role

• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Back Office Support is essential

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software

• Ability to manage office inventory and place orders for new supplies as needed

• Proficiency in maintaining office records accurately and with confidentiality

• Capability to oversee and manage general office operations

• Experience in coordinating office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency

• Ability to handle office budget management and expense tracking

• Familiarity with basic office accounting processes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make office-related decisions independently

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
