Predicate Logic is looking for a motivatedTraining Specialist IIIto join our team inCharleston, SCsupportingNaval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A).

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish training needs.
• Develop goals and objectives.
• Develop training programs.
• Apply the instructional system development (ISD) process.

EXPERIENCE:

• Ten (10) years of experience with Masters or fourteen (14) years of experience with Bachelors degree of professional training experience

EDUCATION:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline.
• Must possess Training Certification.
