Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer support role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
