St. Mary's Home care and Hospice is seeking an RN for a Regional Director of Hospice position

What you will do:

The Regional Director of Hospice Operations provides administrative leadership and management oversight, consultation, and direction to hospice agency operations for Trinity Health at Home. Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of local clinical operational plans at assigned hospice agencies. Responsible for clinical service provision, high quality care, and attainment of clinical, operational and financial metrics of hospice agency operations. Collaborative partnership development with RHMs, ACOs, and Senior Living facilities to promote innovative care delivery models responsive to identified needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Implements the strategy, direction, management and coordination of agency administration, market development and delivery of quality care to clients.

• Directs the hospice agency’s ongoing functions in compliance with policy and legal requirements including maintenance of appropriate records, supervision of office personnel, and continuous quality improvement.

• Hires, orients, and leads qualified management and administrative personnel. Evaluates and motivates personnel by properly implementing the performance evaluation program and salary administration.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field or comparable experience is required. Master’s preferred. Registered Nursing licensure in Pennsylvania required

Minimum of ten years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in hospice administration with a minimum of five years of experience in hospice operations/management/leadership is preferred.

• Must possess proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to the principles and practice of hospice services.

Significant management experience in hospice operations with P&L responsibility, business development, and operational and clinical compliance.
