Job Summary: Provide manual labor support to the maintenance lead.

Job Type: Full time, on site

Salary: $16 - $30/hr depending on experience

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.

• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.

• Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn.

• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs.

• Safely operate a variety of tools including but not limited to drills, saws, and grinders.

• Provide labor support as needed.

• Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials.

• Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.

• CNC machine general maintenance and troubleshooting.

• HVAC and plumbing installation and repair.

• Forklift maintenance and repair.

• General building upkeep.

• Electronics troubleshooting and repair.

• Other activities as may be directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• CNC machine tool and equipment repair knowledge.

• Team Player

• Verbal & listening skills.

• Ability to manage time properly.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds required.

Credentials and Experience

• High school diploma/GED

• 3+ years experience in construction or related field

• Experience with CNC machine repair.

• Must be a US Citizen

• Able to provide own basic hand tools
