Major responsibilities

• Greet and instruct visitors

• Assist other employees with diverse projects

• Answer telephone calls

• Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties Requirements - Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• Internet research skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

• Deep understanding of customer service

• Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience required

• Answering Inbound Calls experience
