Job Overview

Provide clinical leadership to transplant coordinators. Work with Administrative Director to ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Provide coordinator for all transplants from harvest coordination to communication with recipient and hospital staff. Provide patient management to patients being seen on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Work closely with Attending Physicians and office staff to ensure high quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APN accredited program

• Master's Degree

• BLS Certification

• ACLS Certification

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

• Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills

• Goal and outcome oriented

• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members

• Full Time

• 37.5 hours
