Tiffany and Company VIE- Project Specialist - High Jewelry Category Management in New York, New York

Position Overview:The VIE - Project Specialist will support High Jewelry product planning, business analysis and special projects. They will partner with CM, PD and cross-functional teams to develop and analyze reporting and prepare presentations.They will perform analysis for select product categories and provide recommendations for product offering changes and improvements to maximize sales and productivity.Key Accountabilities:ReportingPerform analysis and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual business needs related to sales, product assortment, pricing, and gross margin for High Jewelry.Maintain ongoing documents (such as image grids) ensuring accuracy of item detail.Lifecycle ManagementCollaborate in the development and pricing of new product to ensure that the High Jewelry offering remains robust and competitive. Conduct reviews to validate the product offering as needed and provide recommendations for product discontinuations.Ensure project milestones are met on a timely basis including SKU creation, maintenance, pricing updates and sign-off.Cross-functional CommunicationPartner with cross-functional teams to drive High Jewelry business needs: preparing presentation materials, distributing reports and completing administrative tasks.Partner with Product Development on new projects and GA/DD on stone needs.Coordinate style-outs and product category reviews.Required Qualifications:Proven ability to lead others and function effectively in a cross-functional team environmentStrategic, full-circle thinkingAbility to manage and uphold departmental standards and business directionStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong project management skillsProcess-orientedAccurate and attentive to detailsAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new softwareUndergraduate College degreePrior Project Management/Product Development experience, preferably in a luxury branded productPreferred Qualifications:Overall industry knowledge for product categoryOverall product development manufacturing process knowledgeBasic Gemstone knowledge; Graduate Gemologist a plusVIE Program Requirements:Ages 18 - 28French or European Union citizenBe available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month programBe in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°)Available to devote yourself full time to your assignmentThe salary for this position is € 5072.76 per month.

Minimum Salary: 5637.00 Maximum Salary: 5638.00 Salary Unit: Monthly
