Beacon Hill Staffing Group Executive Assistant in New York, New York
A leading global Investment Bank located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the Healthcare desk of the Investment Banking division for up to 3 months. This person will be expected to support several high-level individuals on the team, including managing their calendars, expenses, and booking both domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience supporting multiple executives at a time in a fast-paced environment. This team works on a hybrid schedule. You are expected to be in office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remote on Fridays. Hours are 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting and managing expense reports through Concur
- Heavy calendar management for multiple executives
- Booking both domestic and international travel
- Coordinating meetings for each executive based on their schedules
- Communicating thoroughly with the executives, both over the phone and in person
- 5-7 + years of experience in Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience submitting expenses through Concur
- High attention to detail
- Up to 47/hr
