CADENT Client Success Manager in New York, New York

Cadent is looking for an enthusiastic Manager of Client Success for our Business Development Team to support clients interacting with our Aperture Platform and/or Viewer Identity Graph. This person will provide a high-quality level of service across all day-to-day activities while uncovering opportunities to upsell into existing books of business. Our Client Success team supports clients from the point of onboarding through fostering long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Cadent’s platform Business Development team has a start-up mentality. You will be working with teammates who are recognized as industry thought leaders and forward-looking thinkers. You will be given an opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams who are all working to redefine the advanced advertising space in the US and abroad. You will have opportunities to take ownership over solutions and solve complex problems spanning Data, Indexed Linear, Addressable and OTT/CTV. What You Will Do: • Manage relationships and day-to-day correspondence with digital/OTT partners/clients • Lead and onboard Aperture Platform demos/trainings for prospective and newly signed clients • Schedule, attend, and create QBR content alongside Sales, Product, and Partnerships to be presented to clients on a preset cadence • Review client trends and product/service usage to upsell clients on opportunities to expand their portfolio • Provide support on new agreements or renewal of existing contracts • Establish relationships with Sales, Product, and Engineering to lead calls ensuring all teams are aware of upcoming and on-going project impacts • Build out new processes to improve efficiencies within or across teams • Cultivate and expand knowledge of industry happenings and best practices Your Skills: • 5+ years of experience working in a Client Success, Account Management, Operations or Sales position • Familiarity with the TV landscape, DMPs, SSPs, DSPs, or other digital/programmatic media tech systems • Self-motivated, problem-solver comfortable in a dynamic working environment with shifting priorities • Effective verbal/written communicator who can manage complex partnerships and simplify messaging for internal and external client education • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills • Believes business development is a team sport and you can work successfully with various internal groups to fully understand requirements and deliver results • Passionate about ad tech and advanced, data-driven television/media with a desire to stay informed on current products, technology, customers, and competitors Location is New York City $90,000 - $115,000 This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law. Base pay range information is based on market location.
