Job Description Numa Management Associates is seeking to fill a temporary administrative assistant position on Liberty Street. This is a month's assignment and could be extended.
Job Summary: Title: Administrative Assistant Duties:
• Provide data entry assistance within the Litigation Bureau for NYMatters. • Monitor the Bureau's shared email boxes for incoming correspondence or legal papers and distribute appropriately.
• Assist with monitoring the Bureau's shared email boxes for incoming correspondence or legal papers and distribute appropriately.
• Assist with document management and monitoring incoming filings within NYMatters, including scanning and transferring documents to NYMatters.
• Review unaddressed incoming mail/correspondence and the transmission of such documents, as appropriate, to the appropriate bureau or designated person for handling. • Assist with organizing the supply room and distribution of legal books. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Preferred Education:
High School or Technical Degree/Certificate Program
