Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in New York, New York. This role offers a contract employment opportunity in the education administration programs industry. The position involves managing and processing invoices, including securing approvals and payments, responding to vendor inquiries, and assisting with month-end closing. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and familiarity with MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately, including GL coding and downloading/scanning invoices

• Secure approvals for invoices and ensure timely payment

• Handle customer refunds

• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries

• Perform account reconciliation tasks as needed

• Assist with month-end closing procedures

• Utilize MS Dynamics for various tasks

• Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and efficient manner

• Use strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data

• Conduct regular check runs. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with MS Dynamics SL

• Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics AX.
