Project Coordinator – Start and grow your career with Actalent! We are looking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator. We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging from entry-level to experienced.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the companies heavy highway construction

• Work closely with project managers, project engineer, superintendent, and the client -maintain job file, billing, contract management, sub contract management

• Communicate with the subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and clients

• Oversee submittals and closeout paperwork.

Additional Details

• 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience for a Construction firm

• Experience with purchase orders, project buy-outs, change orders, submittals, and contract administration

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS office
