RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Service Line Manager for our Operating Room at the New Brunswick campus. The Service Line Manager (SLM) will lead in clinical decisions, supporting all service lines, for the Adult and Pediatric Operating Room.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BSN

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience, preferably with progressive leadership skills

Preferred:

• MSN

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• BLS and ACLS certification

• CNOR

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License

Scheduling Requirements:

• Evening Shift, 40 hours per week
