We are currently seeking a motivated Plant Manager for our Delavan location. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will have prior plastics manufacturing production management experience and will play a key role in the success of the organization by driving operational execution of daily production in several key areas of the business: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Production OEE, Member Engagement, and Continuous Improvement. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Safety: Enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and practices.
