What You Will Do: The Medical Assistant in Training (MA I) is a Medical Assistant who performs basic duties of the Medical Assistant without technical training. They provide direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of a MAII, MAIII, and MA IV, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician (Provider) within PHMG. The Medical Assistant in training provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.
