Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Excellence Manager to join our

SBSEG-PD organization. In this role, you will report to the Planning and Program Management

Manager and be responsible for driving Program Excellence initiatives and establishing a Program Management Center of Excellence within our team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional special projects with senior leaders in the organization, leveraging your expertise in program management to drive successful outcomes.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles

• Proven track record of driving Program Excellence initiatives and establishing Centers of Excellence within organizations

• Strong understanding of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in program management is a plus

• Ability to lead cross-functional special projects with senior leaders, driving successful outcomes and delivering impactful results

How you will lead

• Develop and implement strategies to drive Program Excellence within the organization, with a focus on enhancing the capabilities and performance of program managers

• Establish a Program Management Center of Excellence, serving as a central hub for knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline program management processes and improve operational efficiencies

• Define and implement best practices and standardized methodologies for program management, ensuring consistency and alignment across projects and programs

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to program managers to enhance their skills, capabilities, and effectiveness in driving program success

• Explore and evaluate AI technologies and tools that can be leveraged to optimize program management processes, increase automation, and drive efficiencies

• Lead cross-functional special projects with senior leaders in the organization, driving program success and delivering impactful outcomes

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of Program Excellence initiatives and measure improvements over time
