What you'll bring

• Delivers all of the outputs of a Sr. Visual Designer for high complexity projects. In addition, they deliver: Define phase

• Visual design language for specific offerings / suites of offerings Design phase

• Substantial design improvements across multiple, complex products that meet ease of use, delight and business metrics Deliver phase

• Publication of visual design libraries

• Input to the XD Roadmap

• Participation in XD-led initiatives

• Presentations for XD Community events such as CTOF, brown-bags, XD Forum

• Creation and sharing of best practices across the XD community

• Significant driver of the BU XD community

• Significant contributor to growing the Intuit XD community

How you will lead

• Uses expertise as a generalist or specialist to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives

• Uses broad expertise or unique knowledge and company priorities to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex projects with little or no direction (multiple features or end to end products)

• Determines approach and process on new assignments
