Overview

Intuit’s Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. Come join Intuit’s Investor Relations team, part of the Intuit Finance team responsible for clearly articulating Intuit’s strategy to the investment community with transparency and clarity in order to attract new long-term shareholders while being responsive to shareholder feedback.

We are looking for an organized, confident, outgoing and proactive Executive Assistant Business Partner to support the Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and be at ease working with senior executives and external stakeholders such as investors, while also maintaining a sense of community and fostering a collaborative culture within our team. The position reports to Intuit’s Vice President of Investor Relations includes support for her team.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years working at the Executive Administrative Business Partner level, preferably supporting C-Level senior staff members

  • Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Drive (Sheets, Documents, Slides)

  • Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical

How you will lead

  • Manage time sensitive and complex scheduling to support the team applying a thorough understanding of business priorities.

  • Proactively manage and coordinate all travel logistics including domestic and international travel for management and the IR team, to investor conferences, road shows, and internal offsite meetings.

  • Drive onsite meeting logistics for staff meetings and investor bus tours and group meetings.

  • Interact with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors to schedule time-sensitive calls and meetings. Arrange all meeting logistics.

  • Drive the administrative cadence for quarterly earnings, proxy engagement, Investor day and Annual shareholder meeting processes.

  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other Executive Assistants and business partners, building camaraderie as a community.

  • Manage, reconcile, and submit expense reports on behalf of leaders.

  • Prioritize people and situations in need of immediate attention and respond to requests.

  • Complete tasks that are never too big or small with a “can do” attitude.
