Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

A multi-specialty medical group that provides the highest quality medical care in 40 different locations throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia and Ulster counties. Founded in 1946, there has been a growth of over 400 physicians representing 40 different medical specialties.

Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others following established standards and practices. S/he coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures, performs telephone triage as needed, and participates in patient teaching.

• Carmel, NY

• Kingston, NY

• Mt, Kisco, NY

• Poughkeepsie, NY

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm

-no weekends/no nights

Skills:

medical terminology, emr, Case management, NextGen, epic, Health care

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• NYS Licensed LPN

• Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references.
