POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Moscow Recycling Center Warehouse Working Supervisor
Location: Moscow, ID
Pay Range: DOE
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Reports to: Collections and Recycling Manager
Department: #18
Status: Hourly
Main Responsibilities
Supervise all warehouse operators
Support the Collections and Recycling Manager in suggesting and supporting INW initiatives
Supporting INW decisions through actions and words
Follow and model relevant company policies and procedures
Schedule and pick up cardboard bales from commercial customers
Utilize enCORE systems for daily reporting and customer interactions
Create and analyze daily and weekly reports
Warehouse Operator hours/scheduling management
Approve timecards and evaluate PTO requests for approval
Follow up with Collections and Recycling Manager on safety, performance, equipment, fiscal concerns within the program and its personnel
Train and mentor new Warehouse Operator employees
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Maintain a professional appearance
Work with brokers and order trucks for commodities to be shipped
Assign and prioritize tasks for employees
Coordinate with the Supervisor Group to maintain effective daily operations
Must fulfill all duties and responsibilities in Warehouse Operator position description
Other duties as assigned
Required skills and abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent
No major incidents or accidents involving equipment in the last 3 years
Excellent customer service skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Two (2) years experience supervising others
Background check results satisfactory to INW
Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience operating and driving forklifts or similar equipment
Physical Requirements
Lift and maneuver 50 pounds frequently
Life, push, pull, bend, reach, twist, stoop, etc.
Must be able to work in noise, heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, dust, and all weather conditions
Stand for at least 8 hours
