JF Petroleum Group Service Account Manager in Morrisville, North Carolina

The Service Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Be the focal point of contact for all JF Petroleum Managed Maintenance Services, mitigate any threats to the overall maintenance business, and liaise within JF Petroleum and other internal/external teams
  • Manage and oversee JF Petroleum Managed Maintenance Services account status to retain good standing
  • Hold regularly scheduled customer account status calls or in-person meetings for maintenance services
  • Target and find cost savings within the Managed Maintenance Services program and opportunity to increase uptime
  • Maintain customer scorecard for Managed Maintenance Services, mitigation plan for any corrective actions
  • Provide cost analysis and performance evaluation with key customer
  • Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships that orbit key customer
Requirements
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting client data
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Business Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training, and experience; high school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to meet companys employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
