As an Account Manager, you will lead a team that is dedicated to working with a single airline, and you will have opportunities to develop team members and launch new service lines as we grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership position with a focus on customer relations.

  • 3+ years of aviation / ground handling experience.

  • Ability to pass background check and hold Airport ID with CBP access approval (Customs Seal).

  • Experience with development and expansion of a new operation would be a positive.

What you will do:

  • Lead the team to ensure that the operation exceeds the standards expected by clients and passengers.

  • Ensure compliance with established company, airlines, and airport requirements regarding safety and security policies.

  • Oversee all planning and resource allocation with consideration of budget, contracted labor hours, and other key performance indicators.

  • Actively engage in all people processes in close partnership with centralized HR and Training departments (including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, and training).

Benefits

  1. $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
