The person hired for this position will work 1-1, or 1-small group, with student(s). You will follow school hours and the school calendar. Student(s) may have behavior issues and possibly need help in the bathroom. Looking for the right person that will be able to develop relationships and be able to handle tough situations that may pop up from time to time.
