The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Operations Manager to provide facilities management support to our CDC customer located in Morgantown, WV.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the administrative and technical management of the maintenance and engineering, cost control, schedule control, and overall performance.

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and functionality of facility systems and equipment.

• Coordinate with department heads and facility personnel to address maintenance requests, service interruptions, and other facility-related issues.

• Manage facility budgets.

• Supervise facility staff, including technicians, custodians, and contractors monitor performance, and ensure quality of work.

• Other duties as assigned.

  REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of five (5) years of facilities operations related experience is required .

• Ten (10) years of experience may be considered lieu of education

  REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
