Job Duties:

• Achieving project deliverables and meeting project milestones with the use of limited resources (time, money, and people) on complex projects;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams as appropriate to ensure successful achievement of project goals;
• Creating and maintaining IT project plans that track the completion and delivery of all milestones, including development, quality assurance, documentation, deployment, training, implementation of new or changed operational processes, coordination of customer deliverables, coordination of legal contracts or other agreements and other project-specific components;
• Compiling and tracking financial and resource budgets for each project;
• Providing clear and concise communication to project teams and stakeholders;
• Ensuring clarity of requirements;
• Identifying, documenting, and communicating project risks and issues, including escalation and the identification of mitigation strategies;
• Identifying and prioritizing features that drive business value using Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project/Visio, Tableau and Confluence;
• Supporting the build and automation of reports, relational database design, dimensional modeling and the development of products and solutions using MS SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS;
• Utilizing Google Cloud tools, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, PubSub, and Looker;
• Conducting and facilitating meetings and performing requirements gathering;
• Conducting user acceptance testing;
• Providing regular and concise project status to all stakeholders, and preparing and delivering status presentations to executive and/or client audiences as required;
• Applying cross-organizational problem-solving skills and negotiating compromise among and between project stakeholders;
• Conducting project lessons learned sessions at project close-down or at phase completion for large multi-phase projects;
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors for the provision of technical services; and
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 5 years of progressive experience, or a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related engineering field and 3 years of experience, in the job offered or a related role employing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and using Google Cloud Platform, Data Cataloging APIs, Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Tableau, Confluence, MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, PubSub, Looker, ServiceNow, MS Visio, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint; and
• 3 years of experience with end-to-end project management, roadmap development, negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, and performing requirements gathering, User acceptance testing, automating reports, and performing relational database design and dimensional modeling; and
• Possession of valid PMP or PMI certification.
• Company headquarters is located in Moon Township, PA, but telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
