Description We are in search of a diligent Customer Service Representative for a contract employment opportunity in Corral De Tie, California. This role is in the telecommunications industry and will be based at our call center. The key function of this role is to provide excellent customer service over the phone and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

• Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary

• Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions

• Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals

• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively

• Use problem-solving skills to handle customer issues and concerns

• Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of customer information at all times

• Stay updated with new product launches, services, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers

• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously

• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer software

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues effectively

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Fluency in English language

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
