Surgical Neuro Intensive Care (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN)

CTTX Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU nurse, you will play a vital role in providing advanced and specialized care to critically ill patients.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

  • Monitor and adjust life support systems and equipment.

  • Interpret and respond to changes in patients' conditions, including performing emergency interventions when necessary.

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or similar intensive care setting.

  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Passion for providing compassionate and specialized care to critically ill patients and their families.
