Summary:

Promotes quality through education and development with emphasis on patients, families, and/or caregivers. Job responsibilities may vary according to assigned area. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, the Organizational Integrity Program, including the Standards of Conduct, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures ensuring adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. Complies with current law and policies to provide a work environment free from all illegal and discriminatory behavior.

Requirements:

Education: BS Required, BSN preferred

Licensure: RN Indiana license.

Experience: 3-5 years previous experience

Other Job Requirements:

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training, design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups for the measurement of training effects.

Knowledge of human behavior and performance.

Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
