Successful candidates will leverage cutting edge technologies (e.g., genome editing, single cell genomics, epigenomics, imaging, and stem cells and organoid platforms) to discover and understand fundamental mechanisms underlying questions related to human health. Finalists will complement existing strengths in UMN research centers, including the , the , the , the , the , and UMN's (e.g., Addiction, Biology of Aging, Cancer, Immunology, and Optical Imaging and Brain Science). Qualifications Applicants at the Assistant Professor level are expected to have an outstanding track record of academic excellence with the drive to establish extramurally-funded research programs through independent and collaborative research. Applicants at the Associate and Full Professor level are expected to have an established extramurally funded research program and a robust track record of publication and collaboration. All applicants are required to hold a Ph.D. or an M.D./Ph.D. degree.
