We are looking for candidates comfortable with a range of accounting and finance support functions, with an emphasis on effective record keeping. The clerk will focus on entering high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail. This long-term contract / temporary position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Your responsibilities

• Working with highly confidential materials

• Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities

• Completing additional tasks as needed

• Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks

• Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements

• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues

• Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required

• Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• NIS experience highly desired

• Proficiency in Quality Metrics

• Demonstrated knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Adeptness in Phone Presenc

• Practical knowledge of production

• Comprehension of R Code

• Medical Coverage experience

• Communication Skills experience highly preferred

• Lead Special Projects experience highly valued

• Prior experience with Deficiencies

• Data entry experience required

• General familiarity with Leadership Skills

• Experience with Offshore

• Foundational knowledge in TRICARE

• Language Interpretation experience preferred

• Hands-on experience with Written Communication

• Background working with Collaboration

• Production Environment experience desired

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suites

• Earlier work involving Maintain Logs

• Expertise in Insurance Industry

• Sales experience desired

• Good understanding of video

• Foundational knowledge in Workstation Support

• Strong familiarity with About Time

• Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

• Strong organization skills

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
