Description

We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative for our client based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing outbound call campaigns and providing excellent customer service to our prospects, applicants, and learners. This is a contract role.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound call campaigns to leads, opportunities and applications, ensuring all prospects who have requested information are contacted.

• Support various call campaign efforts according to the organization's needs, which may vary over time.

• Determine the needs of the prospect to provide an efficient transfer to the appropriate individual or team.

• Provide a friendly and welcoming first impression for inbound callers and chatters, promoting a positive brand experience.

• Determine the needs of the caller to efficiently transfer them to the appropriate individual or team.

• Support prospect, applicant, and learner needs, always keeping their best interest at the forefront.

• Actively listen and build rapport with contacts, sharing best practices with the team.

• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

• Thrive in a metrics-oriented environment, balancing a variety of workflow tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to problem-solve and handle complaints professionally

• Must possess strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
