Position Summary Under the direction of the department leader, assists the supply chain staff through various tasks throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Pick supplies from inventory, stage for delivery Receive inbound supplies from vendor and put away in correct location Helps identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborates with team as necessary Assists staff with various support activities upon request, such as special projects, etc.. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures Qualifications Education Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in communications, business or a health related discipline. required Experience Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required Experience in a health care setting preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Ability to quickly and accurately understand instructions and then work independently on assignments Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other department manuals.
