Operations & Maintenance Project Manager Department of Administrative Services Full-time, Hybrid Salary Range: \$90,812.80 - \$107,473.60/yr Job Summary The Operations & Maintenance Project Manager leads the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of design and construction of Operations & Maintenance projects, ensuring consistency with Milwaukee County strategies, standards, commitments, and goals. Works as part of a project management team on assigned project values from \$10,000 to \$250,000. Follows county standard project management practices and processes, and manages them throughout design, planning, cost estimating, bid/construction document preparation, consultant management, and closeout for maintenance projects on county facilities and infrastructure.
