We are seeking a HRIS Analyst - Remote to support the implementation and maintenance of Hanger\'s Oracle - Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Manages end to end employee data flow and provides information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Your Impact Serves as the Project Coordinator for assigned HRIS projects and implementations. Works collaboratively with functional users, technical resources, and vendors to design and implement new processes and technology solutions. Participates in all aspects of HRIS project related work including tracking, identifying, monitoring, and communicating issues, risks and change impacts. Performs root cause analysis to troubleshoot end user and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures.
