As a Baylor (Weekend Visit Nurse) RN you will serve a valuable role in providing loving continuity on weekends for our hospice patients who require weekend visits or are experiencing a change in symptoms.A Baylor nurses have ample time to support the patients and families they visit on weekends while allowing them the week days to be at home.A Baylor nurses: Assess patient symptoms and family / caregiver\'s situation and provide appropriate clinical intervention with the supportive hospice team for those patients needing a weekend visit. Identify and provide for patient and family\'s educational needs..
