Designer I - Railroad Civil/Track (EIT) Be part of our dynamic Civil/Track Design team within the thriving Railroad Services group at Benesch. As a Civil/Track team member, you will acquire practical experience collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to deliver services for Class I, short line, and commuter rail projects. Your responsibilities will involve contributing to the creation of track and civil design plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on projects for freight and commuter railroads and rail agencies, with additional training in MicroStation InRoads/Open Roads considered a significant advantage. Location The position provides a Hybrid schedule and is open to candidates in the following locations where there is a specialized Railroad-Track team actively involved in Railroad-Track business development: Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Naperville, IL; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC.
