Robert Half Customer Success Agent in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in the machinery and worktools industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves acting as a dedicated agent to ensure the success of our customers, delivering elite experiences and providing timely solutions to customer concerns. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated customer success agent, ensuring our customers receive massive value from our service.

• Handle a high volume of customer interactions, troubleshooting and resolving concerns independently.

• Advocate for the customer to personalize the overall experience, ensuring minimal effort on the customer's part.

• Utilize self-help tools to assist with technical issues, demonstrating strong knowledge of our products and services.

• Work cross-functionally with key support business units to resolve inquiries.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilize skills in Call Center Operations, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel to efficiently perform tasks and manage data.

• Use your experience in handling high volume call center environments to meet daily targets and deliver elite customer service experiences. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success role within the machinery/worktools industry

• Proven experience in call center operations, including high-volume and fast-paced environments

• Proficiency in utilizing call center metrics to drive performance and customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in a customer success role, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints effectively

• Demonstrated ability in data entry, with proficiency in computer data entry and typing data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly

• Proven ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
