Aerotek CNC Operator 25/hr And Up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Description

Our company is searching for candidates with experience in setting up, editing and/or operating CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Grinders. The candidate will be responsible for producing and/or repairing precision parts for machine tools and industrial machines.

Responsibilities

· Assist with set-ups and making adjustments/edits to existing programs

· Use calipers, height gages, templates and rulers

· Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to identify specifications such as materials to be used, location of holes, dimensions, tolerances, proper labeling of parts, etc.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose operating difficulties and make adjustments

· Learn how to edit code

· Inspect products to ensure the highest possible quality

· Package finished products

Skills

· Blueprint

· Calipers

· Micrometer

· CNC setup

· CNC lathe

· CNC mill

Qualifications

· 1+ years CNC turning experience, OR

· 1+ Set up experience, OR

· 1+ Blueprint reading experience

· 6:00am - 2:30pm

· 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Shift premium included!)
