*Leelin Home Health Care is looking for a Part-time Home Health Care Professional in the Mikado area to join our team! *

Responsibilites include:

• Provide excellent health care services to elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own home.
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to appointments, shopping, errands and social events.
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility
• Assist patients with personal care
• Medication Reminders
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance to the patient's diet

Training Provided:

• Leelin will provide paid First Aid and CPR in your first 30-days
• Comp Training - paid within first 30-days
• Hands on paid training in the client home
• Expereince not necessary - we will train!
