Robert Half Revenue Cycle Analyst in Midland, Texas

Description We are looking for a meticulous Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry based in Midland, Texas. This role will entail managing the recording of non-operated revenue monthly, conducting research and review of accounts, and working closely with the land department for revenue in suspense. It also involves unclaimed property filing twice a year.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely recording of non-operated revenue monthly.

• Conduct in-depth research and review of accounts for stale checks.

• Collaborate closely with the land department to manage revenue in suspense.

• Ensure the completion and filing of unclaimed property twice a year.

• Utilize specialized software like Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, ClinDoc, EHR SYSTEM, Epic Software to perform tasks effectively.

• Handle billing functions, claim administration, and clinical trial operations efficiently.

• Analyze revenues and have a good understanding of company revenue recognition.

• Have knowledge in Oil & Gas - Property Reporting, Property Accounting, and Land rights.

• Report directly to the Revenue Supervisor. Requirements • Proficiency in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, ClinDoc, EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software is required.

• Knowledge of Ambulatory, Billing Functions, and Claim Administration is essential.

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations, handling Denials, Analyzing Revenues, and managing Annual Revenue is necessary.

• Proficiency in Cerner Revenue Cycle and Company Revenue Recognition is expected.

• Familiarity with Oil & Gas - Property Reporting, Property, Property Accounting, and Land rights is beneficial.

• Ability to work effectively in the Energy/Natural Resources industry.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
