As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential tenants with their ideal living spaces while ensuring a smooth leasing process.

• Optimize Occupancy: Actively work to maximize property occupancy rates while ensuring that established lease rents are maintained.

• Application Processing: Review and process rental applications, ensuring that all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.

• Lease Preparation: Prepare comprehensive lease and move-in packets for new tenants, ensuring that all necessary information is included and communicated clearly.

• Communication Management: Maintain detailed communication logs to track interactions with prospective and current tenants, ensuring transparency and follow-up.

• Invoice Review: Review and process property invoices, addressing discrepancies promptly and effectively to resolve customer issues.

• Customer Relations: Promote the company's vision by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and courteous communication, fostering positive relationships with tenants.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a Leasing Assistant, with a proven track record in the field.

• Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is required to cater to a diverse clientele.

• Sales Background: A strong sales background is advantageous, enabling you to effectively promote properties and close leases.

• Time Management: Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

• Interpersonal Skills: A strong ability to communicate and build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring a positive leasing experience.
