Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Miami, Florida. This role involves tasks related to data management and communication with suppliers. The individual will be working onsite and using Excel for data entry tasks. Must be proficient with Excel and know how to use formulas, manipulate data and V-Look-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible

• Making calls to suppliers for any necessary communication or clarification

• Ensuring all data entry tasks are completed within the given schedule

• Providing prompt responses to any inquiries related to data entry or supplier communication

• Ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and procedures

• Monitoring and updating data as necessary, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient data management operations

• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data and information

• Providing support to other team members as needed with data entry tasks.
